Who is responsible

What data we process

The site has no forms, user accounts or newsletter. We do not ask you for any personal data.

Analytics, only if you agree. If you accept analytics cookies, we load Google Analytics 4 through Google Tag Manager. It tells us, in aggregate, which pages are visited and how the site is used (for example, which wind or port people pick in the selector). The provider is Google Ireland Limited. The legal basis is your consent (article 6.1.a GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time from “Cookie settings” at the foot of every page. If you do not accept, it is not loaded.

Basic cookieless statistics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits in aggregate. It sets no cookies and does not identify people.

Hosting. The site is served from Cloudflare Pages (Cloudflare, Inc.). Like any server, it receives the IP address and technical data of each request in order to deliver and protect the page.

Maps. When an interactive map opens, your browser requests map tiles from OpenFreeMap (tiles.openfreemap.org), which receives your IP address like any server. It sets no cookies.

Fonts. Fonts are served from our own domain, with no calls to third party services.

Your rights

You can ask for access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability of your data by writing to hola@boatmenorca.com. If you think your rights have not been respected, you can complain to the Spanish data protection authority, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos.
